Wellness Presentation for the Professional Surgical Athlete:

Daily Warm Up and/or Cool Down for the Professional Surgical Athlete

A 13 min video to guide you through a brief mindfulness/breath (sympathetic down training) and 7 exercises (you don’t need any props and you can do standing in your office). 


Try it daily as a warm up before the OR and an unwinding at the end of a day of long cases… wouldn’t a professional athlete warm up before playing an 8-12 hours game? What would she/her do after the game?

Weekly Exercises and Counter Pose for the OR

A 29 min guide of “pre-hab” … Prehabilitation is way better than Rehabilitation. I challenge you to commit and try it and see how you feel!
